I am currently working here in Vegas as a contractor and brought enough needles for my insulin pen, but due to work had to extend my stay and ran out of needles. Went to the pharmacy to purchase more needles for my insulin pen and the pharmacist and the clerk who attended me were very rude. They told me I needed a prescription for the needles which is BS. They treated me very disrespectful like if I was a drug addict. I had tried buying them on Amazon, but due to what ever law Nevada has in place they could not shipped them to me. I went down to CVS pharmacy and they treated me with respect and friendly attitude. They also told me I do not need a prescription for the insulin pen needles, but they did explained that if I have to extend my stay again and need more needles to come down and get them at their pharmacy or get in contact with my doctor so they can send me a prescription for my needles here, which the people at Albertsons did not do.

I arrived exactly on the hour at 6 pm and their drive through window was long shut down so I run inside and they told me that all of their computes were already shut down. I’m in the service industry and this is pharmacy!!! This is essential! And these people shut down before their closing hour? The manager on duty should be fired! I had medicine called in from ER, they told me go elsewhere! I will switch away from this pharmacy, this is terrible!

I have had overall positive experiences at this pharmacy. As some of the other comments mentioned sometimes the days on which prescriptions are refilled seems to vary for no explainable reason. One tech will fill at 27 to 29 days, and another will insist on 30 which can be annoying if your scripts do not all fall on the same day resulting in multiple trips within a 2-3 day period. A couple of the female techs were less than pleasant during the 16 months or so I used this pharmacy (my workplace switched carriers so I now go to Smiths). On the other hand the young man named Trihn was always super pleasant, and efficient. So as I stated overall pleasant experiences.
