I see Dr. JD Brooks, who uses an advanced bone-moving adjustment tool — not the typical little pop gun most chiropractors use. This thing feels like a precision jackhammer that can actually move vertebrae back into place without any twisting or cracking. It’s straightforward and effective for people with serious neck or back pain. Dr. Brooks has kept me functional while I put off my upper cervical three-disc replacement surgery. After each adjustment, I use the NOVOTHOR red and near-infrared light therapy bed, which costs $150,000 and treats the entire body by boosting blood flow and natural healing.
