Maybe Jane was having a bad day, but her service yesterday was deplorable. Normally the service here is quick and enjoyable. Yesterday Jane was very short with me, sucked her teeth and huff and puffed every time I asked her a question. I’ve updated my phone number before and it was as easy as providing the new number but yesterday Jane made me feel like such a burden when she had no other customers in front of her “ugh it’s going to take a while to update the number, I have to go through a lot of windows” I receive texts telling me what my co-pay was going to be and she told me a price that was $2 more. I only asked why was there a difference and man was that a mistake. She filled an older prescription instead of the newer one which had less tablets and that’s why there was a difference but she couldn’t tell me that without giving me an attitude. I will admit, I was less than graceful at the end of this all bc I was tired of her attitude. Please do better.

Best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. In retail pharmacy, best to do everything way in advance because if things between the insurance, the doctor, and the pharmacy don't line up like stars, there is trouble!!! These people really try their best to make things work. They are polite and professional at all levels. Even when things don't work out, they tell you how to make it better as best they can. Don't know about all the negative reviews. There are so so so many reasons, rules, and laws working against you and the pharmacy is the last medical stop to make.....never do anything with pharmacy at the last moment!

Rude & very unprofessional. I called to see if they had a prescription in stock, I was told they do. I get a call a few hours later from my doctor saying the pharmacy doesn’t have in stock. I call the pharmacy to see if there was a mistake made. The lady that answered the phone was very rude, when I asked if someone made a mistake she began to raise her voice at me. I told her there was no need to raise her voice & she put me on hold for over 20 mins. Unacceptable customer service. Find another pharmacy, hear smiths has a better customer service…

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
