When I called Kaiser they said they got the script, fine, all good, then they put me on hold, well I guess it was hold as no one said please hold, went directly to music 15 times. Called from the hotel phone and they picked up, then purposely put me on hold. Going down there now. These guys drop the ball . Said he left a message, Kaiser doesn’t have a leave message option. Update: i been back a few times since and these guys are real nice.
