Im doing cryo and red-light and the massage chair so far. Its fabulous. Definitely worth it. I havent yet worked my way around the whole menu of what they offer yet but so far my experience has been 5 stars! Thank you guys for adding to my health journey!

I’ve been doing whole body cryotherapy and red light therapy for the past few weeks and I feel incredible! I’m not one for the cold by after cryotherapy, I feel focused and invigorated. Yes, it does get easier. Red light has helped decrease some aches and pains and most importantly, regulate my anxiety levels that are a lot more manageable. I’m able to enjoy life that much more. Austin is a well-spoken professional who explains all the services and the science behind each treatment. I’ll be sending my friends/family and clients here for proper recovery. Everyone is welcome and I highly recommended! Come check em out!
