  They gave me a treatment and I paid an extra 600 dlls because according to my insurance it didn't cover it... I went back to finish my treatment and they told me that I must pay 150 dlls more because my insurance didn’t pay that amount, but they didn’t finish because I refuse to pay 150 dlls more ….they collected when I started my treatment and I’m not playing games …they aren’t serious because they gave me the bill for what I had to pay when I started my treatment….REALLY BAD customer service from some employees , hygienists and dentists from that place in special the manager Blanca who’s in charge of that place and I don’t know how she’s working there if she’s NON PROFESSIONAL person and addition to not being a serious place since I saw 5 different dentists because I don't think even they want to work for such a LOW QUALITY PLACE... I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to go to this dentist if my friends and family told me that they had very bad experience with Absolute Dental … worst place and worst staff … I never gonna return back to Absolute dental … I paid already but they didn’t finish they dentist job … I can’t recommend this place

  Do yourself a favor, and go on your off day. i did. they will have you waiting for a long time. it wasn't busy at all when i went, but i waited to speak to the office manager for over an hour. The only thing that made this trip not so bad was how nice Ashley the nurse was, as well as Dr. Song Nyugen. They are great. I couldn't even find the office because they didn't have a sign upfront. They merged with someone else. It takes a long time to get to anyone over the phone as well. not the best experience, maybe i'm nitpicking - but just to warn you about this. you won't find your experience a good one until you get past the desk. other than that, be prepared to wait......a long time.

  Amazing experience~ Lizette, Alex and Dr.Crew was the best. The place was very clean and organized and everyone was very nice and professional.
