  Dr. Zhongtang Xu is an incredible dentist who truly makes me feel comfortable during every visit. Most of the staff are equally kind and welcoming, creating a great environment. While one team member's approach felt a bit different than the rest, the overall care is top-notch."

  I only transferred care here due to insurance changes. If I could rate this office a zero, I would. I received multiple text messages asking me to pre-fill out paperwork. I did. I received a phone call reminder, a young girl asking me to come in 30mins early for intake. I did. Yet, I waited 1.5hrs to be taken back and then 2.5hrs in the back before i saw a doctor. Once I saw the Dr, it was less than 5mins and then I saw a hygienist afterwards, lasting 5mins as well (he told me i needed to reschedule a cleaning with him). Afterwards I was told someone would help me check out. I waited 20mins in my chair and finally decided enough was enough. I asked the check out if I was supposed to go to her or if I should wait & she proceeded to tell me she was going to eventually get me. She asked me to wait in the lobby until she was ready. I decided to just leave as she was just sitting there on her phone. Horrible serve, charges for everything, over scheduling patients, excessive appointments, and no compassion. This dentist chain is just a quick money grab. Id rather pay cash at my old clinic than waste my whole morning waiting to be seen for 5mins.

  My experience at absolute dental was quite positive. Everyone at the front desk was quite pleasant and when the dentist came in after my xrays were taken he explained everything procedurely that needed to be done quite efficiently and thouroughly. When it was time to cover the financial aspect each procedure and cost was explained carefully. Overall it grades out with high marks.

  I just had the best experience at Absolute Dental over on Warm Springs with the wonderful dentist as well as all the other employees. You know how dental visits can feel like a whole ordeal sometimes...That was not the vibe here. Everything—from the way they genuinely cared about my comfort to how smooth the entire appointments went—had me thinking, “Why isn’t this the standard everywhere?” And apparently, my great dentist is not just good at fixing teeth; he’s also great at being humble because guess what—he asked if I could share my thoughts! Honestly, it’d be a disservice not to tell people about it. If you’ve ever been to Absolute Dental and felt the same, let’s hype him up together and drop also your go-to experiences in the reviews, give them the stars—they deserve it!
