  There was a dry booger on the x ray machine right in front of my face. I heard not muffled sneezing around the dentist office. After they’d done the x rays the dentist came in and said she was sneezing but she would wear a mask for me. She was obviously sick but claimed she was not sick. I mentioned I was on antibiotics, she said “aren’t you on antibiotics?” Yes I am but this is more of a hygiene issue. I woke up this morning with a huge pimple in my mouth I e never had before.

  The dentist, Dr. Kumar, is simply amazing and wonderful. I have been very pleased with the staff as well. Jen, the office manager runs a great office and a pleasure to speak with. The assistant as well shows kindness and patience. I have been to one other location and did not have such a great experience but Dr. Kumar has the best bedside manner which is something very important to me. I appreciate her taking the time to explain important information to me and I am truly happy with that entire team. Now, the only reason I gave four stars is because the Oral Surgeon part. Absolute Dental over books, so you are NOT guaranteed your appointment. You make the drive over, only to be told you can’t be seen so they reschedule you for a date and location. My other complaint is the woman managing the patients. She has zero patience and is completely rude because they have a poor planning system. Then she gaslights you and acts like their system is perfect. She is awful and I wish I got her name. I understand she may be stressed but don’t take it out on the patients. The lady who checked us in was very polite even though she was busy as well. Just the main lady whose name starts with an A, I believe. She makes it hard to even ask any questions because she is too busy for you and is just rude. Absolute Dental needs to do better with scheduling appointments for the oral surgeon. Overbooking and messing with other patients schedules is just unacceptable. We have lives too and it was more than myself who had to be rescheduled.
