  first dental office i seen with bugs everywhere, also they lie about coverage and insurance to try to get you paying out of pocket and then still try to bill your insurance for things.. which is fraud and i'll definitely be reporting.. they do things like tell you your kids all on the same insurance have different coverage somehow.. they also lie about what services you actually need..this place should seriously be shut down and sued. they bank on people not knowing anything

  Walking in, you’d think the front desk staff would at least acknowledge a patient standing there. Apparently that’s too much to ask. Instead, they seemed far more interested in chatting with each other than helping anyone waiting. I stood there long enough to feel completely ignored. If customer service is part of the job, it definitely wasn’t happening today. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would go a long way, but I guess the conversation at the desk was more important.
