  I was just notified on 4/9/26 by a collection agency I owe these people $400 when I paid in office for all of my service back in June of 2025. I was told just now today in this call my insurance denied the teeth cleaning charges. No one bothered to notify me of this billing error until after they sent me to collections. Don’t waste your energy, go to a smaller family practice, it will save you the headache. They quoted me multiple thousands for cavities and a tooth removal so I went down the road got the same care for half the price and 80% covered by my insurance THAT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AT THE TIME OF SERVICE and I don’t have to expect a strange $400 bill almost a year later.

  Had a wonderful experience here as a first time patient! Highly recommend Dr. Tao. I was taken in shortly after finishing the paperwork, found the space to be comfortable, the staff kind and the doctor very patient and informative. I thought I would only get an exam and action plan due to the time/day (Saturday afternoon) yet Dr. Tao was able to get some work done right away!! Very professional work, I am impressed. Absolutely will be returning to this location as needed!

  Zero Stars! My appointment today is 11:30am and got to the clinic 10 minutes early. Ive waited for 30 mins and ask how long is the wait because my appointment is 11:30 and i was told i need to wait for another 30 minutes. Total of 1 hour?? You giving me a valid for a short staff?? You should have told me the time i checked in and ask me if that was ok for me. This is the only day off that i have. That’s why i made an appointment. Never ever going back again!

  They have been my dentist for about a year now and they have been great. Very friendly staff, clean office, and quick. Cici that does my cleanings is the best. Highly recommend

  My appointment was at 11. I got my X-rays done and was sent out at 12:45 and was asked to come back at 2 bc “the hygienist went on lunch” that has literally never happened to me before and now I question if this dentist is the right one for me.
