I was fasting for 10 hours, had an emergency appointment. I got there at 3:40, they close at 4:00 and the Phlebotomist told me she was only one there, and could not do my blood work. She was very rude and inconsiderate.

I have a kidney specialist appointment next week so I called and made an appointment to have my blood drawn. All appointment s have to be scheduled on line. Can't speak to anyone. Poor customer service. I got an appointment for today a week ahead of my appointment. According to the scheduler the only available time was at 3:50 I knew they closed at 4:00 so I had to be on time. I am handicapped so I had to have my son in law drive me. When I got into their small lobby, Marisol tells me they are closed.she told me it was against their policy to draw blood so close to 4:00. I told her I had an appointment. They scheduled me for 3:50 , sent me a confirmation for my appointment. I gave Marisol my code, she put it in the computer and said I was 10 minutes late and I had no appointment. The website said nothing about being 10 minutes early. I was upset and being that it was not 4:00, as the sign says is when they close. She was rude and stated if she did take my blood she would have to wait 30 minutes for it to coagulate she wouldn't get home until 5:00. There were two other techs that had been sitting in the back room doing nothing. I will be contacting James Davis CEO of quest tomorrow.
I was leary at first because of this location being inside of a store, however, Reilyn, my draw nurse was the best! The store was extremely clean and everyone, store employees included, was genuinely friendly.
