  After my bad experience at Quest on Boulder, Jennifer at Gibson def turned everything around she was the sweetest ever. It was my daughter’s first time getting her blood drawn and she made sure she was comfortable. Thank you Jennifer for turning our bad day around, the sweetest ever. ❤️

  Today, I made a walk-in appointment and was told by one of the employee that I would wait all day because they only take walk-ins IF they are not busy with scheduled patients. So, I made an appointment for 11:30 am, confirmed. I waited until 11:45 am and I was not called in, so I left.....Somehow, my name disappeared from the list at 11:40am. There's at least 5 employees drawing blood at a time and the waiting room is full of patients. Blood drawing, including administrative time should not be 45 minutes long. The other Quest Lab on Boulder Hyway is just as bad.
