  Great place to get your medical tests done, they went above and beyond to accommodate me after I confused the locations. Great customer service, I have been going to Quest for over 20 years and in Henderson for the last 4 years. Always great! Thank you 👍

  The lab is very clean and efficient, but the experience feels impersonal. Upon arrival, there is no staff interaction—only a kiosk for check-in—and patients are left waiting without the opportunity to speak with anyone. A small amount of human interaction or guidance would make the experience more comfortable.”

  The waiting area is always clean and all the the employees are very nice. I forgot the name of the person that drew my blood - but she was beyond nice - I was very impressed!

  I have been to people to have my blood drawn but Chyenne is the very best. I never feel anything. She is so good at what she does. She also checks to make sure the tests are covered by insurance. I never want to have anyone else take my blood. Thank you so much Chyenne.
