  Got there at 10:10AM as a walk in due to an emergency that happened to my daughter that morning, the doctor requested blood work so coming to quest was not planned. At 12:30pm I asked the blonde lady (found out her name was Marty) if they can just text me when it’s our turn so I can charge my phone, she stated that for walk ins it was not an option and that walk ins are not emergencies. No apologies no nothing. My original wait time at kiosk check in was 30-60mins. For somebody that works at health care to state it’s not an emergency she probably should not be working as a “front liner” or she may not have kids, regardless there was no empathy or problem solving skills .Every circumstance is different and in my case I would say it was an emergency. Either way HORRIBLE experience. Thanks Marty

  I went in to get my blood work done and i asked if all my orders were on their site. The phlebotomist stated yes however I wanted to verify, she proceeded to state that there was only three lab orders. I told the phlebotomist that my doctor had ordered more test and if she could please doublecheck, she proceeded to say the same thing, even though I pulled up my chart and showed the additional orders ordered with the 3 panels that she had mentioned. I also showed her the printed orders and she still refused to draw the labs as according to her she couldn’t see them. It was a huge waste of time as I requested time off work and fasted for these labs

  From the Quest App interface, the simple check-in, the very professional and courteous skill of the phlebotomist, the experience was smooth and seamless. With many locations to choose from I don’t know why anyone would not select Quest as the provider of choice for blood and related testing procedures.

  Convenient location, easy check in and on time service with little waiting time. In and out in just a few minutes.... I wish all medical services were this efficient.

  As long as you make an appoinment online, like I did, it's FANTASTIC! It was quick, easy and I was seen within mintues of arriving. Solita L was my Phlebotomy Tech and she was INCREDIBLE and Professional from beginning to end! Extremely knowledgeable, Kind, Caring, a True Professional!
