I had a blood draw here recently and unfortunately it was not a good experience.
My previous experience was so much better.
The staff member did not give any warning before inserting the needle, which made the process feel abrupt and unnecessarily uncomfortable. The draw itself was more painful than expected, and I experienced significant bruising and tenderness for about two weeks afterward, which I have not had happen with previous blood draws.
After the procedure, the bandage was applied very loosely and fell off almost immediately after I left, which suggests proper pressure may not have been applied to the site.
Additionally, the staff member made comments about my blood in a joking manner and showed the vials, which felt unprofessional during a medical procedure.
Overall, the experience felt rushed and lacked proper care and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future patients have a better experience.
While I was waiting for my appointment, a woman came in that didn't speak English and needed assistance. An employee came out and checked her in and even though the woman's appointment showed up as the 5th name on the board, the employee took her back right away. Maybe next time I should speak Spanish so I can get special privileges.
Quest’s online system is fantastic. It’s easy to use and very efficient. The staff is very professional and always make me feel welcomed. For years, it’s the only lab I use.

The phlebotomist was very pleasant and did a great job with the blood draw - I hardly felt the needle and I have a history of passing out. I also had my kids with me who were asking a ton of questions and she gladly answered and even showed them a few things.
Even my past visits have been as pleasant as possible, considering the nature of the visit!
