The team is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional, and the overall energy when you walk in always feels positive. Dr. Altman gives great adjustments, and I always leave feeling better after my visits. Mimi at the front desk is wonderful — very friendly, personable, and helpful, which makes the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I usually visit the Green Valley location since it’s convenient during my workday, but I’ve also seen Dr. Mike (Dr. Weinberger) at the Blue Diamond location. I was really happy to reconnect with both Dr. Weinberger and Dr. Altman, as I had seen them previously at The Joint. They’re both excellent chiropractors, and I’m glad they’re now at New Spine. How soon can I work out after an adjustment?
If you’re not in any discomfort or pain, you can work out following a chiropractic adjustment.

If I don’t hear the pop or cracking sound, does that mean the adjustment didn’t work?
Every body is different, and sound is not required for the adjustment to be successful.
What is the popping sound?
When we open the joints, there is a gas that is released. That’s the popping sound you hear when you’re adjusted.
We’re not cracking bones; it’s simply the opening of the joint.
Furthermore, there doesn’t need to be a sound every time you adjust. It’s more important for the function to be restored. When the function is restored - you’ll have less pain and better motion; some patients say they sleep better and have more energy.
Overall, the immune, nervous, and circulatory systems will work better because your body is properly aligned.
What type of education and training do chiropractors have?
Chiropractic physicians achieve a minimum of four years of education at a chiropractic college, preceded by an undergraduate degree in the basic sciences and/or numerous years of experience in a related healthcare field.
