  Then using this location for years. And pharmacy supposed to be open till 8:00 p.m. I'm here at 7:15 and it's locked up

  I visited my local Vons Pharmacy on 6/27/2023 around 5:30 pm to receive four vaccines, including two live vaccines. Unfortunately, they only had three of the vaccines in stock. The pharmacist offered to order the missing live vaccine and suggested that I return on Tuesday to complete my vaccination. However, due to urgent personal reasons, I explained to her that I needed to prove vaccination asap and couldn't wait and would have to take it elsewhere on the following days. The next day, I found the missing vaccine at a nearby Walgreens and made an appointment during lunchtime. To my dismay, the pharmacist at Walgreens informed me that I couldn't receive the other live vaccine separately as it had to be taken on the same day as the other live one; otherwise, they would cancel each other out. The Walgreens pharmacist was puzzled by the fact that the Vons pharmacist was unaware of this crucial information. This lack of knowledge and communication is completely unacceptable. I have always relied on this Vons Pharmacy services. However, after this incident, I have serious doubts about their competence and reliability. It was not only a HUGE inconvenience but also a significant error on the part of the pharmacist who was present on 6/27/2023 around 5:30 pm. Their extreme incompetence and unprofessional behavior have shattered my trust in their ability to provide quality service. While I cannot recommend this Vons Pharmacy anymore, I sincerely hope they take steps to improve their staff to prevent similar mistakes from happening in the future. Customers depend on pharmacists for accurate information and guidance, and this incident has shown a serious lack of both. New customer: RUN!

  I have always used other pharmacies for my prescriptions and their service doesn't even come close to the staff at Vons. They are quick and always nice and very professional! I will never use another pharmacy as long as I need medication! Plus, the costs are lower for the medications I need. So, you can wait in line for ridiculous amounts of time at other pharmacies to get sloppy, unprofessional service OR you can go to VONS. It's your choice..

  Kind and efficient pharmacy staff, I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years on a regular basis, they are the best and always willing to help fill a need.
