- LLLois Lee3 days ago1.0If you're looking for a good Smith's pharmacy, do not come here! Troy really took me by surprise the way he spoke to me. Rude. Crude. Judgemental. When he told me to drug shop somewhere else, I couldn't believe it. I went to the Smith's on Lake Mead Pky, it was a difference of night and day. It's too bad one person's actions can affect a businesses reputation. 🫤

Both were amazing and Mark was able to solve the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you both so much!
- CSC SFeb 16, 20261.0This Smith's Pharmacy on Lake Mead and Warm Springs is the worst. The customer service is horrible, they are rude, disrespectful, and could not care less about their customers. I only moved my prescription here because of my insurance, but I'd rather pay triple the price than deal with these people ever again. It has been horrible for several months and will continue as long as the same people are here that don't care. They love to blame everything on the doctors and insurance, but when you call the doctors and insurance, it is not them. It's th pharmacy that doesn't want to actually do their job and get anything taken care of. They never keep their promises or call back unless I call several times. Just avoid them at all costs. This pharmacy should be investigated.
- LUListen UniverseJan 26, 20261.0Very slow. Perscription was sent from the doctor more and 90 minutes before arriving. Got to the counter and it hadn't even been processed yet. Staff had pleanty of time to chat it up in th w back. I was told it would be a few more minutes but went back up the the counter 20 minutes later and the single prescription still had not been filled.
