  Probably the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. It taken 3 days for them to read a script properly, saying the day amount wasn’t written when it was. When my doctor calls it in manually, the staff still claims they are waiting on it to rush me off the phone. I tell them my doctor just called it in, she magically finds it now, and then says she’ll get it processed and hangs up. 3 hours later, still waiting. When you call, they automatically put you on hold without asking, and while it’s a small thing, coupled with the rest of this service, it’s my personal breaking point. I just moved to this neighborhood and thought it’d be nice to be a block from the pharmacy. Worst mistake ever. Luckily I’m not ill, waiting on an antibiotic or something else critical. I’ll go back to CVS and deal with people who actually fill scripts.

  I never leave stars but they have literally been the worst. Hang up on the phone if they don't want to deal with your question and toss uou back/forth with multiple pharmacy techs. Their is no communication. Stinks because they're so close but I defintely will be using CVS over them going forward.

  The slowest pharmacy known to man. Not to mention bad customer service! Its always a 20 minute wait no matter if its called in or not. Its alway 20 minutes. The only thing they know is 20 minutes. Ridiculous!

  I just used this pharmacy for the first time today or should I say I “tried” to use this pharmacy. My provider sent two prescriptions to the pharmacy. When I called to check on the status the online system told me they were processing one, so talked to a pharmacist who said they were actually processing the other one and never received the first one. So apparently their automated system just magically added a prescription that I was actually prescribed??? Whatever. Next, they told me the prescription they did have would be ready by noon. I went at 1:45 and they said they needed another 15 minutes. Stick to CVS or Walgreens. These people suck.

  This pharmacy is always out of stock on everything my significant other can never get her prescriptions they are always out of stock on everything she has to go without prescriptions such as her inhaler and several other prescriptions.smiths marketplace on lake mead in Henderson rudest employees I ever had to deal with and unable to keep anything in stock
