Then they proceed to tell me they're going to fill it then they tell me they don't have it. Now I have to run around the city trying to find medication for my son after their lame excuses of we never have a full staff Your inability to hire people to do a job is not your customer's problem

I watched her interact with 5 customers today at self checkout with the most lack-luster, annoyed attitude I’ve seen. The last time I saw her a few months ago she was incredibly rude to me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. She definitely doesn’t have the energy or patience for customer service and I’d recommend removing her from the checkout lines and put her somewhere she can be alone because she honestly seems like she can’t stand the customers. Otherwise pretty good smiths location.
