- CFcandie frazierNov 20, 20251.0They need a whole new staff called in my prescription they proceeded to tell me I was a liar I offer to show the pharmacist The phone call on my phone then the pharmacy tech continued to laugh about my disabled adult son being out of his medication. Then they proceed to tell me they're going to fill it then they tell me they don't have it. Now I have to run around the city trying to find medication for my son after their lame excuses of we never have a full staff Your inability to hire people to do a job is not your customer's problem

I used to be able to get an rx filled within an hour or two but now I'm lucky if I get it the same day (which due to my meds I need them same day.) Last time I dropped off my rx at 10am, was told i could pick up at 3 but they didn't have them ready until 4:15. The person ringing them up only applied insurance to one rx and i had to point out that there should be no copays on any of the prescriptions. Overall I am very disappointed in customer service, one woman acts as if she is doing me a favor by filling my rx, she tries to find loopholes as to why I shouldn't pick up for a few days or something. I really feel shame due to the nature of my prescription and she makes it worse. I really want to change pharmacies.
