- SRsusan reinders3 days ago2.0Eye glass selection very limited at the green valley location.we sold a treatment package for dry eye that consisted of 3 treatments lasting about 5 min. At one mo th intervals. After the 2nd one doctor looked at my eye and said schedule your next one. At scheduling I was told there was an additional $25 and also woukd be $25 on the next one. Wasn't told that when I paid up front. I should not be responsible for additional costs that were not explained at the original time of purchase. Should also receive a prorated refund for the 3rd treatment that I will not do b/c of the unexplained costs!

I had to go pick them up wrong prescription.!!! I can’t see crap out of them, so I sent them back. I had to call to see if they were ready which this gentleman told me they were not they were sitting inside his bosses drawer.!! They can keep them at this point give me back my money. Lousy service.

They didn't even bother to call me and let me know/reschedule. Cancelling future appointments for my kids here as well, and I'll be finding a better business for myself and family.
