- CBCathy BrownNov 17, 20253.0I went in to Pearl Vision due to the fact I needed a new pair of glasses the women who took care of me was very accommodating so I got two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses and a pair of prescription sunglasses so I went to pick one pair up today and the girl behind the counter just handed me them was I supposed to try them on right there so I said can I sit at a table and try them on “oh sure she said go ahead” aren’t you supposed to sit try them on with a mirror so you can see how they are didn’t give me a reading card until I asked for one 🤦♀️ let’s see how it goes when I pick up the second psir

Girl that help us when we check out me and my husband for the glasses that we want she just need to be slowdown a little bit when she talk. I did not take it seriously as I understand that maybe that is the way she talk. So just take it easy and speak clearly that's all.Rather than that I like that she open doors for us when we leave. So I give 4 star for over all.

She didnt discuss any issues Fernando had written down like I'd been having dry eyes, anything about the floaters that had gotten bigger or if my eyesight had decreased. She did not dilate my eyes I couldn't afford the $44 charge for the other test. She has no personality and shouldn't be working with the public. Additionally the app required to be completed is very invasive, why would you need to have my SS number, drivers license number, my height/weight, etc. If I had gone to an optomologist I could understand but not an optical office where the chance of my private information being hacked is so much greater with so many more people having access to that information. Needless to say, not happy with the visit. I gave 1 star for Ruth and 1 star for Fernando. I won't be back!

They're very courteous and friendly from the optometrist down to all the staff. Everyone worked in tendium to meet my needs, tests my eyes and Eyewear prescription. I recommend Pearle Vision to all my friends and neighbors. They take care of my whole family's eye care needs.
