  Was terrible. The ladies were very disrespectful and was talking against other co workers about their customers! Highly not recommended to go there again. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! Getting my sons glasses and going else where and putting a bad review as well! Should not be doing that towards customers!!!

  OK to be fair the people are nice. The facility is fine enough. They answer the phone. They answer all the questions. The exam was just fine. What I have a problem with is the fact that they charge $135 to write you your prescriptions. This is highway robbery. The exam was 💯 % covered with my insurance. So why the ridiculous charge for the rx? Now they know we can’t do anything without the written rx! BS *update 3/2026 Costco Optical Department Experience So be aware that you can get both an exam and both rx for eye glasses and contacts written for $140. I have insurance and they gave me a “free” exam at Pearle Vision then charged me $135 just to write the prescriptions for both the contacts & glasses. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! This was so cloak n dagger! 🗡️What in the world 🌏 goo is it to get an exam and walk out without an rx? Seriously 😳 so annoying! I will never go to them again. I would go to Costco without using any insurance because of the upfront pricing posted clearly for all to see!!

  The friendliest staff! Wonderful optometrist! Very helpful in selecting frames. Glasses were ready the same day. Amazing experience. I highly recommend them. Oh, and the facility was very clean and very busy.

  The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The first optometrist was friendly, however, she prepared my prescription incorrectly on both contacts & glasses. I had to obtain an additional consultation/exam with another optometrist. I was inconvenienced a number of times by undergoing incorrect prescriptions, traveling numerous times to the office and then being told that the ‘new’ trial contacts review needed additional monies. I decided to forego on the contact review and requests a refund. The adjustment on my frames needed to be completed more than once for misalignment. I have worn glasses/contacts for 4 Decades and never had I encountered these types of issues. Unfortunately, I will not be utilizing the Pearl Vision services in the future and I will definitely inform others to beware as well. I’m shocked that an ethnic group of professional individuals would be afraid (or insecure) of other diverse individuals - our finances will be gladly invested in businesses that aren’t insecure or sensitive in servicing us.

  The experience overall was good, but they should not schedule so many people around the same time to where it’s kaotic and there isn’t any place to sit. The wait time to be seen was not too bad, but could of been a little faster. My daughter was there for a contact lens fitting so I understood we were going to be there awhile, but when I booked the appt I was told it was only going to cost $70 for the visit, but when I got there it was $105 because of an extra $35.00 training fee for the contact lenses. The guy who scheduled the appt failed to tell me this and I was caught a little off guard with the payment once it was time to pay. I would suggest telling potential customers the exact cost so they are prepared to pay the amount given.This is a turn off for me when you tell me one thing and then something else later. It just seems kinda shady. However, the staff was friendly, so the visit was pretty good!
