I have been getting eye exams with my vision insurance and then buying frames online for about 10 years now; these places charge wayyyy to much for frames. Regardless of where you buy the frames, you as the customer should be given your FULL prescription. Not at this location. My last exam was a the BLVD mall location and they gave me my PD (Pupil Diameter) without having to ask for it! This Galleria location WILL NOT give it to you unless you buy frames from them. That’s wrong and shady. I’m gonna report them to my insurance because I don’t believe they are allowed to do that. Don’t go here unless you plan on purchasing $200 frames ( just frames) .
