She made the class interesting and taught us some new exercises. I noticed that Lily was very patient with a student who had physical limitations. Great studio!

I’m up to 1.5 level now and I can tell I have been increasing my strength and decreasing my stress. The teachers are all very competent and professional - form is of utmost importance. The only issue is that you have to plan ahead and book your reservation- they have 12 reformers and they fill up fast!
