I’m writing this on behalf of my fiancé, who has experienced an ongoing and deeply frustrating situation with this pharmacy that has still not been resolved — despite weeks of effort. Over the last several months, the pharmacy has not only made repeated errors with his prescription for a time-sensitive medication, but they’ve also created unnecessary drama and confusion along the way. Most recently, they sent his prescription to another store location over 45 minutes away without his permission, delaying access to a medication that is essential to his treatment. When he ran out of the medication several days before it was due for refill — something that has never happened before — the pharmacist dismissed his concern and accused him of taking the wrong dosage. This was not only incorrect, but completely unprofessional. We’ve made several attempts to resolve this, including speaking directly with store management and even trying to escalate the issue through Albertsons’ corporate customer service. His doctor’s office has also stepped in multiple times to try to clarify the dosage and support the refill — and yet the issue still persists. The complete lack of accountability and patient care is shocking. Pharmacies should be places of trust, especially when handling sensitive medications and health concerns. Unfortunately, this location has proven to be unreliable and dismissive, even when presented with clear medical documentation. I sincerely hope Albertsons reevaluates the way this pharmacy is managed — no one should have to go through this just to receive basic care.

I can't say enough about this place. Larry is a great pharmacist. He has helped me over the years. In many respects, I have gone to him with questions the doctors have prescribed without taking account of interference with other medications in taking. He, like his predecessor Pat, has definitely made this place a pleasure to do business with all these years.
