I was concerned about my health because Smith's pharmacy never contacted me to tell me that my blood pressure meds were approved after they had been declined four days earlier. I contacted Smith's on more than one occasion to tell them I was not receiving notifications from them. They told me to be sure to update my number, same number I have had for almost two decades. I have even picked up other prescriptions since, nothing about my blood pressure meds. I called to speak to them, of course upset about not having blood pressure meds. Misty, out right td me it was my own problem and to switch pharmacies, she wasnt going to fill mine any longer. I am of course going to contact corporate after I try to reach Chris the manager, even though misty assured me that she has been at Smith's for 17 years and she is not going to take care of my prescriptions any longer, because I complain es about their incompetence.
