- SMShe’s A MeeJan 3, 20261.0I waited in line one hour to be told it wasn’t started and they needed another hour. The lady LAUGHED when I told her I’d already waited an hour. Laughed! The lady in front of me was back because they gave her the wrong medicine for a two year old!!!!!!! Switching pharmacies.
- TSTahoe SnowCrossJan 2, 20261.0The first picture is from the first visit so that I could find out that even though they sent a notification that the prescription was ready, when I arrived they said it wouldnt be ready until an hour or so after they came back from lunch (why does everyone have lunch at the same time?). The second photo is when I returned, so I stood in line for almost an hour the first time and this second visit will probably be almost 2 hours. I wish Marcy was here. She is great and when she is here she works really hard, is all business, is genuinely kind and I have never seen her shooting the breeze with anyone when there is even 1 person in line.
- ABAlycia BurtonDec 11, 20252.0I used to love the Smith's pharmacy. I eschewed all other pharmacies in town and even the mail-in pharmacies. I ADORE Marcy; however, something has happened in the last year. My prescriptions, which are on auto-fill, are NEVER ready on time. I have consistently run out of my monthly medications. I even downloaded the app to see if I could track my refills and I am pretty sure they just put random days and times in, because my prescriptions are usually ready 4-5 days after stated in the app. I will call to ask about my prescriptions and 75% of the time no one answers the phone, so I'll leave a message. Last month I actually went to talk to the pharmacy manager and asked if there was something I could do to make sure my meds were on time. He asked if I was enrolled in auto-fill, I told him I was. He then shared with me (inappropriately in my mind) that he had hired two individuals, but one failed the drug test and one failed the background test, so they were behind, and that I shouldn't bother leaving a message because no one checks them. I USED to adore Smith's, but I cannot continue to go without my meds 2-3 days each month.
- JAjoe axelrodDec 8, 20251.0They used to be good to deal with but terrible lately, prescriptions 5 days overdue according to their website, nobody answers the phone (15 + plus calls during regular business hours) and they will not speak to you at the window unless you wait at least half an hour and are picking up a prescription which is not ready??????
- KGKajun GoldDec 5, 20251.0Smiths pharmacy in Gardnerville has gotten so bad in the last 2-3 months. They never answer the phone, do not return messages and you have to wait 20-40 minutes in line. I have never experienced such bad service from a pharmacy. I went to drop off prescriptions today and they told me I would have to wait in the pick-up line to drop them off. So you are expected to wait 20 -40 to drop off and another 20-40 to pick it up.. This will be the last time. Moving scripts here on out. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
