  This is a wonderful pharmacy if you can survive long enough for them to fill your prescription, which often takes 4 days or more. Whoever is in charge needs to be sent down a level or two because this pharmacy is failing. Switching to Walmart

  Change your hours online, on your phone message, on Google and on your website! This is a pharmacy is an essential service and I am in an emergency! Not making the needs of your customers top priority is dangerous. We can't pick up our prescriptions because your hours are WRONG...everywhere! I had my prescription sent here, as a long time customer, after I verified your hours in 4 different locations. A huge management failure! I'm in excruciating coughing pain. I really hope I survive the night!

  I waited in line one hour to be told it wasn’t started and they needed another hour. The lady LAUGHED when I told her I’d already waited an hour. Laughed! The lady in front of me was back because they gave her the wrong medicine for a two year old!!!!!!! Switching pharmacies.

  I used to love the Smith's pharmacy. I eschewed all other pharmacies in town and even the mail-in pharmacies. I ADORE Marcy; however, something has happened in the last year. My prescriptions, which are on auto-fill, are NEVER ready on time. I have consistently run out of my monthly medications. I even downloaded the app to see if I could track my refills and I am pretty sure they just put random days and times in, because my prescriptions are usually ready 4-5 days after stated in the app. I will call to ask about my prescriptions and 75% of the time no one answers the phone, so I'll leave a message. Last month I actually went to talk to the pharmacy manager and asked if there was something I could do to make sure my meds were on time. He asked if I was enrolled in auto-fill, I told him I was. He then shared with me (inappropriately in my mind) that he had hired two individuals, but one failed the drug test and one failed the background test, so they were behind, and that I shouldn't bother leaving a message because no one checks them. I USED to adore Smith's, but I cannot continue to go without my meds 2-3 days each month.

  They used to be good to deal with but terrible lately, prescriptions 5 days overdue according to their website, nobody answers the phone (15 + plus calls during regular business hours) and they will not speak to you at the window unless you wait at least half an hour and are picking up a prescription which is not ready??????
