  Please choose another place of employment. These people right here are bad ! Owner Allan does harassment towards caregivers. Traci caregiver supervisor/scheduler is very manipulative, narcissistic and unprofessional with how she approaches her employees among other unfair treatment. Allie HR person will always tell you to go look somewhere else, if you have any questions about the workplace, she is for the company not employees. Will find excuse for unfair treatment from staff and She see nothing wrong with the way they talk to you.This Company is HORRIBLE ! PLEASE DO NO APPLY, AS FOR CLIENTS DONT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES UNFAIR.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to apply as a caregiver. Caregivers are consistently mistreated, disrespected, and made to feel unvalued. Management displays narcissistic behavior and shows little to no concern for the well-being of their employees. There is a clear lack of support, appreciation, and unprofessionalism toward the staff who are expected to do demanding and compassionate work. This company does not care about its caregivers, and because of that, I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for employment.

  Home Instead Carson City has been a true blessing for our family. We hired them nearly three years ago to help care for our mother, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Every caregiver we've met has been professional, warm, and genuinely kind. Hiring strangers to care for an aging parent is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. Naturally, you worry about the quality of care your loved one will receive. But with Home Instead Carson City, those worries quickly fade. Their team consistently goes above and beyond, treating our mother with the respect, compassion, and dignity she deserves. We are so grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone seeking dependable, heartfelt care for a loved one. They truly are the best.
