Originally was told they were having some issues with some machines and the glasses wouldn't be ready that day, but Tuesday by the latest (I went in on a Friday). I got a text Saturday morning that they were ready, so no real delay at all! I don't have an insurance that covers glasses and these were super affordable! I was also able to get a coupon online for being a first time customer and got a free pair of glasses! The staff, overall, is friendly, kind, and helpful! We personally worked with Niki and she's SO kind and amazingly helpful! We had SO many questions and she answered everything with grace and thoroughly! Overall wonderful experience and I will be returning!
