I've been wearing glasses since I was in grade 7 - a long time ago - and this has probably been my favorite experience of purchasing glasses. What was particularly great was how Danny and Bernita helped me choose a frame that was right for me. I hate making choices - but they gently helped me articulate what I like and offered helpful suggestions. My most recent pair of glasses (before the pair I purchased from Pearle) were varifocals - and I was disappointed in them. I learned the hard way that two pairs of glasses are not worth much when neither work well. However, Danny took care to explain to me how varifocals work, suggested where spending a little more might give better results - and measured my eyes with a piece of digital tech that I'm sure helped produce what I now have - the best pair of glasses I've had in ages. Throughout the entire process I did not feel pressured or pushed. Instead, I got clear guidance and support. I now understand to what extent eyeglasses are an investment and that in skimping on previous glasses, what I saved in money I sacrificed in quality. I will not make the mistake again of going to a vendor just because they offer a two-for-one deal or some other attractive offer. That said, Pearle do have great offers. Though I paid more for glasses this time as I got better lenses - I feel like I got great value for money because I can see! They work! My new glasses are worth every penny I paid for them. Glasses I'm happy with. Service I can't recommend highly enough. I will absolutely return here when time comes for my next set.
