During the first 1–2 months, my hours fluctuated but I would always accept shifts because it's important to take work when it's assigned. My clients appreciated my dedication, and the company recognized my potential. The company supported me throughout the immigration process. It was a time-consuming process for the company and for me, because of the process required by immigration. Everything was handled by Home Instead step by step, and I eventually received my endorsement. I am truly grateful to Home Instead for giving me this opportunity and for making me a part of their team.
- AAAmmy4 days ago1.0WORST TO WORK WITH EVER. There is no professionalism in this company. If someone wants to talk to their manager they have to wait for atleast a month just to get reply even after sending follow ups. They do fake promises with their employees in terms of supporting them in immigration help. If you can’t help just say NO. Wasting someone’s precious time of work permit is beyond frustrating. Not a single employee of this company is happy, No wonder why they are always hiring.

Many work permit holders join hoping for immigration support and stable hours. However, in my experience: • Communication regarding immigration support was unclear. • There were limited working hours for some employees. • Travel distances for client visits could be up to 50 km without compensation. • Support seemed inconsistent for employees with shorter-duration work permits. • Some employees waiting in the AIP pool struggled to get sufficient hours. If you are a work permit holder with less than one year remaining, I strongly recommend asking clear questions before joining: • Is there guaranteed minimum hours? • Is travel compensated? • What is the immigration support policy in writing? • What are eligibility requirements for AIP support? Do your research and get everything in writing before making decisions. This is only my personal experience, and I encourage others to verify details independently.
