I reached out to Home Instead and that afternoon I had a nurse in my home assessing my needs. By that evening I had a competent, friendly, respectful caregiver providing the overnight care I desperately needed for my mother. I was very impressed by how professional all staff were, from the people who answer the phones to the person who sends invoices, to the people who came to my home. I couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received.

The young lady from India watched me very carefully to ensure that I didn't accidentally rub my eye in my sleep and her hearing was very good. Whenever I accidentally dropped something, when I tried to do things on my own, she knew I was having trouble before I even asked for help!. And I was very happy that Deborah chose to sweep my floor and do up my dishes. She was non-judgemental. I was so surprised that you were able to arrange #1 for anyone on such short notice and #2 for people with cars, to take me to appointments. Having been in Nursing for three decades I know that shortages of staff is often an issue and having worked with RJF and then Health Staff/Carecor for a decade, I know that not very many private duty Attendants have vehicles.

Such peace of mind until I could get there to care for my mother and support my father's recovery. So appreciative of the kind services of the caregivers. Even though I am in Canada now for several months we are still using services from Home Instead so I can go out and run errands without worrying about my mother being alone. Thank you.
