  I have been a client of Connect Hearing for many years. I have dealt with Anna Leggat for years at the Halifax office. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She was the heart and soul of the Spring Garden Road office and has now moved to the Dartmouth location. I have had opportunities to deal with Teresa MacTaggart, Customer Care and Blair Ellis, Audiologist and Eli Lubell, Audiologist. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are of the highest standard. In my two most recent visits, Blair spent the time necessary to understand all issues pertaining to my hearing aids and my hearing issues. I always walk away feeling Hearing Connect staff display the highest standard of customer care and service. Clearly this business recruits the best talent. It is always a pleasure to deal with the employees at Connect Hearing. I feel truly privileged to be their client.

  Blair Ellis, the Audiologist, provided excellent advice and help. He is quite knowledgeable and very patient in answering questions.

  I was panicking because my hearing aid "tube" had disintegrated and because it is somewhat dated (old); I had no idea if Connect Hearing could or would help but despite not having an exact part, the audiologist "MacGyvered" another part to make things perfect again. It was so good and such a relief I wanted to hug the audiologist but we "fist bumped" instead. I was and am so grateful. She was amazing.
