More than 2 weeks later after me calling 3 times I got let me check the pile. No call from them. Advertise 60% off 2 pairs. Told it was too late for that then charged another 100 for the exam when I got there. Progressive lenses were inferior ,distorted and blurry. Told there was no difference in vision as premium. Not true at all. With Progressives there is a big difference. Of course I find this out later. Now there going to give me straight lenses and swap them out?

Then the night before I received a call from Sarah to confirm my booking. When I arrived Adan performed the pre-testing. He explained everything that was going to happen during the pre-testing. He was calm, reassuring and kind. Then I met with Dr Clark Tardiff. He performed my eye exam and explained my results very thoroughly ! He is also very calm, reassuring and kind. All the staff there were in Specsavers uniforms and looked very professional! I would highly recommend this location and company to everyone ! Most definietly a 5 star !

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
