  After a not so pleasant experience at another hearing clinic, I called Nancy to discuss my situation. She was interested in hearing my story and could not have been more helpful with her contributions, suggestions and information! I decided to bring my Dad in to the clinic for a hearing test. Nancy was just as friendly and helpful in person! Alexie, the audiologist, was superb! Dad was sent home with ‘trial’ hearing aids and has not turned back! We wound up getting a full set and are very pleased with the results! The attention and care that we were given by both Nancy and Alexie means we will not go anywhere else for our hearing aid needs! Thank you for giving excellent customer service in an uplifting environment with welcoming smiles!

  I could not be more pleased with my experience at Connect Hearing Bridgewater. I really didn't want, well hoped I didn't need, hearing aids. I was wrong and what a difference they have made. Every one at Connect was super helpful, but my audiologist was exceptional. Alexie, we are very fortunate to have you on the South Shore.

  All the staff I've dealt with are helpful, efficient and very personable. I like that I am able to lease my hearing aids for a monthly payment.
