- TSTim SMar 15, 20251.0Something is seriously wrong with this pharmacy. Use any other one if at all possible. Either the staff or the system they work on is extremely ineffective and they have extreme difficulty filling prescriptions.
- SRSam RoyJul 17, 20231.0Rude; have been cut off and hung up on by the pharmacist. Slow. RXs not always ready even when they send a robocall. Please pick another pharmacy, I assure you.
- MZMark ZolnickJul 3, 20231.0In my opinion, poor service and dishonest. Dropped off my RX and told it would be 45 minute wait. Came back 2.5 hours later and RX not ready. Pharmacist stated that he told me that they were going to lunch, which was totally untrue. Returned two days later to pick up script and told for the first time that they would not honor my Good RX coupon that I had attached to the original script. Good RX coupon was specifically for Smiths pharmacy and right off their website.
