I sat there for twenty minutes. I was the only one in the waiting room. The kiosk allowed me to check in. I should have been concerned when it said the wait would be 30-60 minutes when I was alone in the room. I heard voices in the back and was never greeted or obtained to get my bloodwork done.

My technician, Vicky, was amazing. She had two different doctor orders and she handled them with focus and accuracy. She also drew my blood expertly. I didn't feel a thing.

This place is ridiculous! I drive an hour and a half to get there because they “accept walk ins” I get there and check in. I sit for about an hour for one of the employees to come out and say we are only taking scheduled appointments!!! All walk ins won’t be seen. So I schedule about 2 weeks later, waited about half an hour to be seen. There was a kid and his mother in the waiting room who went in as a walk in and a worker comes out and says “appointments only no more walk ins being accepted” the mother of the boy told her, her son had been fasting all day and she yelled at the mother and told her she didn’t know what to tell her. My question is why do they offer walk ins? Make you wait to say they aren’t accepting walk ins…

Miriam and Cassandra took excellent care of me and sent me on my way quickly. I could easily have had a frustrating experience due to my own errors handling a third party order but they were able to accommodate me and put me to ease once the draw began. Thank you!

Over the years, my customer service experiences with quest have been good to excellent. That changed this morning, however. The tech that retrieved me for my early morning appointment was rude and dismissive. She made me feel like I was really cutting into her day. She never introduced herself, and in my despair, I forgot to get her name. She even began physically, hitting the scanner in the phlebotomy room when it wouldn’t scan properly. A very unsettling experience this morning. After years with quest, I will be switching to TriCore.
