Excellent care. They need more staff. Waited an hour for my appointment. Please remind patients that you will be dilating their eyes the day before. I had to adjust my days plans since I didn’t know that was customary.

Dr. Runyon was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. I actually enjoyed the brief time we spent talking about follow up on my cataract surgery. The tech who saw me first was also clear, efficient, and fun to talk to. My only complaint was that I had to wait some time after the tech left before the doctor came in.

Dr Reidy and the team at Eye Associates in Santa Fe were stellar in every way. As a first time patient I had no expectations. The annual exam was very thorough and professional yet warm and not rushed. Dr Reidy was very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable in the exam. I would highly recommend Dr Reidy.

Brought my mother to choose some frames and we were treated funky from the get go. My mom has some insurance and we were told she would get 80% which turned out to be NOT 80% at all. They tacked on extras and then miscalculated. I've worked with numbers an my life and this is some weird 80% if I've ever seen it. They never deducted the 80%. Plus the customer service is wanting. Esperanza is her name - avoid her.
