Rude; have been cut off and hung up on by the pharmacist. Slow. RXs not always ready even when they send a robocall. Please pick another pharmacy, I assure you.

My wife and I have been coming to the pharmacy at Smiths on Pacheco in Santa Fe, NM, for over two years. My wife Leigh-Ann got cancer and everyone at the Pacheco Pharmacy has been genuinely kind in their inquires of her. Steve Shaver and Phil Andrews have been there with us from the beginning. Every single one of these fine people have been genuinely concerned, kind, helpful and sincerely available to answer our questions to help us understand what we need to know.
Cary Colbert, is so personable and friendly, open to answer any questions. The same can be said about Victoria Anaya, Justin Valdez and Gerri Ortega. Not to sound cliche but each and everyone of them is just superb at their job but beautiful people who represent Smith's impeccably. They are an asset to Smith's and an asset to the Santa Fe Community. When things get busy they do not become tense or rude, they continue to make each and everyone of us feel taken care of and feel welcome. ALSO, they communicate with everyone letting people know what is happening so we are not standing there confused wondering what's going on. They explain and apologize if it is taking longer. WOW, what a novel concept. This is a well oiled and warm group of people who care and represent Smith's incredibly well. Smith's is absolutely lucky to have every single one of them and so is everyone who shops at Smith's and uses their pharmacy. My family and I can not praise them enough.
Sincerely,
