  My mom went in for a routine appt. The prescription was changed and the buzzing from the hearing aids was constantly. We went back a few days later and were told it was because they weren’t in correctly. She had had them for Four years with no problem and now she doesn’t know how to put them in!! I called a few days later, again, asking if we could go in and I was told the next appointment is Feb 9. Today is January 22!! When I told Melissa Garcia, the office manager I felt that the new lady , Allison, had done something wrong because we had never had this problem she became angry and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible service.

  Went in to get information about what was needed to get hearing aids. The receptionist/scheduler was very helpful. She got my information and setup an appointment for me immediately.

  David is an exceptional hearing aid specialist! He recently helped my dad, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise and kindness. He took the time to thoroughly assess my dads hearing needs, explain everything clearly and ensure he was comfortable with his hearing aids. His patience and professionalsim made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. My dad is hearing better than he has in years, and it’s all thanks to Davids great work. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of hearing care!

  Absolutely horrific Customer Service! I was yelled at by Michael McDonald and wouldn’t schedule an appointment here if it was the last miracle ear in New Mexico. Also this establishment apparently suffers from ageism and discriminates against anyone that’s not “old”. I guess young people don’t deserve to hear.
