- MWMarsha WilsonAug 9, 20251.0I had a hearing test done in Santa Fe and was told I needed new hearing aids. We purchased the high end model. From the day I got them, I had a kazoo-saxaphone noise in the left aid. Despite several trips to have it corrected, I was left with the same issue. David said it was my fault for wanting them turned higher. I said these were the 3rd set from Miracle Ear and the worse ones yet. I said that I wanted them sent in. He said, "Sorry you feel that way". I just had an appointment in Amarillo and she fixed all the issues inside of 20 minutes.
