Extremely understaffed, for 4+ years now. 10-20 minute waits are common. In addition their level of communication regarding pending orders is non existent. No notification that a prescription is ready OR that a prescription not yet picked up had been made null and void. There are other options in town. They've lost my business permanently.

Love the Pharmacy Staff they’re all great! Although it can be a very busy location they are always available for us. We transferred from Walgreens and it was the best decision we made! Thank you Robert, Tracy and your wonderful team for always helping me and my family with our needs.

I really don’t understand how I can have an amazing experience with the pharmacy and then it can be awful. My partner and I just moved here and the pharmacist was very nice and helpful to move my meds from CVS to you. He and I have the same exact Ensurance and somehow when my partner goes to pick it up (mind you he is the primary there) they say that his ensurance is no valid. It took him 6 hours of help between the ensurance and the not very helpful workers to finally get the meds. The lady that helped him told him to wait for 5 min and then he had to wait for another hour just to see the person in charge of this meds to be about to leave because she forgot that he was waiting.

Not my typical pharmacy but after coming from the ER on the weekend, and my independent pharmacy being closed I needed my meds ASAP and Market Street Pharmacy was open on a Sunday. I received a text that my medicine was ready and headed over to get them. We did have a bit of a hiccup with them misspelling my name in their system and then having to process my insurance, which took about 20 minutes to straighten out but I was able to do some grocery shopping in the meantime. Tracy is a very knowledgable pharmacist and has excellent customer service. I love Market Street as a grocery store. I will keep them in mind in the future if I ever need to get a weekend prescription. They are much better and faster than those big box grocery stores and big name pharmacies, however I am still very happy with my local independent pharmacy for my day-to-day needs.

Jennifer at Market Street pharmacy is thoroughly incompetent and always has a long line of frustrated customers waiting. They should fire her. She makes picking up a prescription a nightmare.
