These people are nuts—do not go here.
I received multiple emails reminding me to schedule an eye exam, so I finally did. When I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked and no one was there. THEY DON’T HAVE A DOCTOR!!!
I went next door to the store to ask what was going on, and the woman there (older woman with red glasses) immediately became RUDE, MEAN, AWEFUL and dismissive. She claimed they had been trying to call me for weeks and that I “don’t have voicemail,” which is completely untrue—I regularly receive voicemails and missed calls on my phone.
Instead of helping resolve the situation, she was abrasive and unprofessional from the start. I have honestly never experienced such awful customer service. The whole experience was bizarre and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Came for an appointment. Was immediately met with hostility by the working manager. Without saying hello 1st she went straight to exclaiming this "Had you had the correct phone number when you scheduled the appointment, you would have gotten my message that the doctor isn't in today"!!!
Wow! Hi, hello, how are you, im sorry but the doctor isnt in today would have been the professional approach.
Secondly, this is my only phone and number. No message was left.
#Horrible Management#
*i was greeted by the new team member training in sitting to the side while the manager left him there while she interjected herself so rudely.

This place was my go to place to get my glasses, but it went downhill.
They aren't cheap, so you expect to get what you pay for, unfortunately that's not gonna happen at this location.
By the way, after 2 month i was never able to get my glasses so i asked for my money back. i never got the full amount back.
Stay away. You have been warned.

Absolutely worst customer service i have experienced. I order glasses, the tracking number says it arrived a day before. Employees say they don't have it, can't do anything to find them, and can't contact anyone in their own company to help me. Just told me to call the online customer care. I was also informed that there is no manager to speak to or that works there.
And the automatic response to the 1-star reviews is less than helpful...Just another form to fill out where. I hope I can get a refund/my insurance benefits back since I cannot afford another pair of glasses

Walked in expecting to pick up prescription glasses that were ordered online. All the response Katherine gave me was that my order wasn't there and she couldn't help me and there was no one who could help me, she also said "I dont know why people dont just order it to their house, its so much easier"
I understand how it may be easier for her, but they take a week longer to arrive if they are being shipped to my house Kathy.
Overall TERRIBLE cuatomer service from both women who were there who could only discuss lunch, and did not try to help in any way.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
