Lilianna refused to schedule me for an appointment she had already offered me because I previously reported her to her supervisor for being rude and unprofessional. That’s retaliation. ETA: based on other reviews, Liliana seems to be the main problem at this location. I can understand now why there’s so much availability at the Santa Fe location when Albuquerque is scheduling out 9 months in advance… ETA2: I’ve spoken to several people. Three more people now stand out: One told me “that doesn’t need to be said” when I was voicing my frustrations about what was going on. Another told me “we don’t need to rehash things” when I was expressing my frustration about the difficulty I’ve had just getting scheduled. A little empathy can go a long way. Shifting blame and telling me not to talk about something that is relevant to the current situation is not gonna go in any positive direction. However, they have a new supervisor and she was very empathetic and professional. I’m hoping she’ll be able to make some significant changes and get this clinic back on track.

If you enjoy waiting over an hour for the doctors or PAs only to be told it is worse other places when you complain OR if your 15 minutes late for a shot after a rough day and are told you can’t get a shot cause your late then this is the doctor’s practice for you.

This place is disorganized and disrespectful. If you want an example of why residents look to leave New Mexico, start right here with Allergy Partners of NM. We made appointments for our children back in August, took months to get appointment after they lose our referral... Twice. Then they changed the appointments to consults, and rescheduled again to February. We took our children there this morning, only to be told our appointment was cancelled, rescheduled, and surely it was our fault we missed the call. This was a straight lie. No one bothered to call or leave a voicemail, just dropped our appointment, again. Now rescheduled a basic consult for late April, no sign of testing in sight. Perhaps the health care professionals are amazing here, but I feel we will never know! Will it take over a year to get our children evaluated for potentially serious allergies to prescription medications?? New Mexican families deserve better.

I arrived 30 minutes early to complete paperwork as a new patient. Front office staff were very friendly. It had been easy to make an appointment and that person was friendly as well. After completing paperwork, I was taken to a room in a timely fashion, and a brief history and vitals were taken by the nurse; also friendly. I provided copies of lab and other studies and was told on a couple of occasions that the doctor would be with me shortly. I waited and waited and waited. 50 minutes after my appointment time, I was told the doctor would be with me in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, 80 minutes after my appointment time and without having seen the doctor, I told them I had to leave because I had another appointment that I needed to get to. Including the time that I arrived early to complete paperwork, I spent nearly 2 hours in the office. Dr. Clay came out of an exam room as I was rescheduling and introduced himself. He seemed friendly enough and said he could call me that evening, but that didn’t seem like it was going to be adequate. He asked if I would reschedule and although I said I would, on reflection I don’t see that this is a workable situation for me. I’m a retired family physician myself, and I think more accurate information needs to be communicated and frequently needs to be updated if the doctor is running that far behind coupled with an early offer to reschedule for my convenience. Frankly, a more apologetic attitude would’ve been helpful as well. So I will be looking for a different immunology doctor. This was my experience.
