  The entire staff from the front desk to the Dentist were amazing. Helpful, professional, well educated and explained all the options. I appreciated the time and effort they spent.

  Hygienist seemed very thorough and she was nice. Doctor and front office were helpful and we were able to reschedule an appointment to move it up quite a bit.

  Waited for my appointment for 40 minutes ..expensive dental work that might not really needed if approached a different way ..it be nice to go in and help patience save money ..instead of suggesting the most expensive. Money is an issue most of the time ..help the patient ...really care

  Back in 2017 I had a 6,000$ treatment done here to straighten my teeth. The company the office went through is called "clear correct". I remembered the treatment wasn't smooth at all. The clear trays I was given where cheap and would mold to my crooked teeth in turn I would have the plastic aligners matching my crooked teeth rather than my crooked teeth straightening out. So I was walking around with 6,000$ crooked teeth thinking they where getting straightened out. When I tried voicing my problem out loud to the assistants even the actual Dr who was running the treatment I would simply get ignored and mumbled to. "Yeah it's because this, it's because that" almost as if someone was being told to ignore me. I know everyone knew my issue was factually correct but didn't want to help me. Instead of helping the office attempted to CHARGE ME MORE MONEY. So I called the actual clear correct company and told my story to a woman over the phone and the she had immediately cut me off and told me "sir I'm sorry you paid how much for this treatment?" and I told her it was 5,800$ with a measly "discount" of 200$. She tried her best to cover the phone and laughed out loud and told me "sir that is un-heard of, most ive seen an individual pay due to insurance not having coverage is 500quot;. So I sat there and stuttered and didn't know that to say and asked her "so your saying I got ripped off for this treatment and coulda done it online for 4,500 dollars less??" She laughed again and said "yup". And then gave me a big speech about how offices will get you and rip you off because a company is "new" or they just started receiving the treatment. If I had known I was going to get my money stolen and get ignored like I was some idiot. I woulda paid for metal braces and been on my way. But no. I had to pay 5,800 dollars and now my teeth are even more mis-aligned to the space drilled in between my teeth. (Total criminal activity) If you ask me. So now I went and spent close to nothing for a real treatment that's actually working. Next time I have a couple grand for some whitening I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
