  I am writing to share serious concerns about my repeated experiences at this store. While there are some employees who clearly care about customers, several departments consistently provide unacceptable service. First, I want to recognize the cashiers and the checkout/self-checkout staff. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They create a positive experience and deserve recognition for the way they treat customers. Unfortunately, the experience in other departments is very different. The stockers, deli staff, and bakery staff often appear uninterested and unwilling to assist customers. It feels as though customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. My biggest concern is the pharmacy. The staff regularly appear rushed, dismissive, and unfriendly, especially at the drive-thru window. There is little communication and the interaction often feels robotic and impersonal. On a recent visit, I picked up my husband’s prescriptions through the drive-thru. When I got home, I discovered that I had been given another customer’s medication. I immediately drove back to return it and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the correct prescription. Dispensing the wrong medication is a serious safety issue and should never happen. The MarketSide pickup service is also extremely frustrating. Wait times are frequently 30 minutes or longer. When someone finally brings the order out, they often appear unhappy and unprofessional, and the groceries are handled carelessly, sometimes simply tossed into the vehicle. There have also been occasions where, after waiting that long, I was told the order “failed” and had to go inside and wait again for someone to process the payment — even though no alcohol was included in the order.

  I was contacted 5 days ago on 4/3 by this pharmacy however was not left any voicemail regarding why they were calling at all. I assumed it had to be about some type of medication so I contacted my physician if I should still be taking something that they have me on, and got it confirmed on 4/8 to continue to take it. I immediately go to the pharmacy, and after waiting in the ridiculously long line, I get told I have nothing ready and that the script I was needing was likely put back after holding it for so long. I inform the tech that I was only contacted 5 days ago and was not even left a voicemail so how was I supposed to know? The tech then says they’ll have it ready in an hour. I say fine and go home. I drive all the way home only to be notified that my script is ready after just being told to wait an hour! The improper and also lack of communication and not being given accurate information is absolutely ridiculous!

  Trash bad bad experience and will never return to this Albertsons store director and pharmacy are horrible especially in this time that we need our meds most times when people are hateful they get hateful comments and the store wasnt even willing to hear me out on how rude that trash of a pharmacist was being rude that lady yall will get the karma of having the same experience
