- SHS HendoOct 3, 20251.0Scheduled an appt 6 months ago. Talk to them 10 days ago and verified insurance a second time and obtained the paperwork. This is Friday and the appt is Monday and they called to tell me they just don't take Blue Cross anymore. We clarified and Dr. Whitlock just chooses not to suddenly but they are still under contract and therefore we can't just keep the appt and self-pay because of that. Mind you, it took us ages to even find a place that will take us and we very much need answers but no. They care not.
