- MPmelissa anne perez2 days ago1.0Poor customer service, I was only person in line waited 10 minutes while lady kept answering phone never acknowledging me I asked for assistance was given prescription got home to find only 1 prescription in the bag called and lady tells me it's not approved till may I have the actual bottle showing eligible March 11 the for another 90 day supply lady was completely unhelpful I recommend costco online pharmacy directly to door and the customer service even tho over the phone is immediate.
