  When am I allowed to get the prescription my doctor just gave me? God only knows because Albertsons sure doesn't. Thursday the day after they prescribed it? I call Albertsons and they say no it's too soon, it'll be available for pickup on Wednesday next week. I call a day ahead of time on Tuesday to make sure they order it and they confirm that they put in an order and it should arrive tomorrow because sometimes they're out of stock of it because it's an uncommon medication. Apparently they didn't because I call on Wednesday to make sure it was ready and they hadn't even put it the order so it was out of stock. Fine. They put in the order and now it's in stock on Thursday now, but here comes a new excuse- actually that Wednesday refill date they gave the first time was a lie and I can't get it filled now, instead now it's next Tuesday. Who knows if it'll be in stock or if they'll pull a new refill date out their _ then? It's fine, Albertsons, take your sweet, sweet time. It's not like this is medication I need to sleep properly so I can function normally or anything.

  If I want to be scolded for calling I might as well try CVS, they're apparently too busy to be civil, except for Barbara, she's 5 *

  I have shopped at the Rio Rancho Albertsons pharmacy for over 3 years. Everyone is friendly and helpful except one pharmacist. She is rude and treats you like you are ignorant. There are too many other pharmacies and grocery stores to be treated like this.

  This location has an extremely knowledgeable pharmacist and polite staff. Although this pharmacy didn't carry what I was looking for, they offered to order it for me and call me when it came in. I appreciate the extra mile they are willing to help.
