  Rude as hell pharmacy employee refused to do what a Walgreens pharmacy employee had just done for me without problem, which was to check whether a medication was in stock or not. She said "no, I am not going to check unless you you know the milligrams" which only she needed apparently. She was also rude about my accent and pronunciation of the medication. The med has a name that does not have only one way of pronunciation anyways. What a way to go about life with such bitterness and be useless at a job.

  Across the board, this place is unacceptable. There will never be a clear answer from anyone or clarification because everyone will give you a different answer about everything. They also lie and make every prescription a hassel. You may be paying more here because of their careless behavior. You're better off elsewhere. This place has too many issues.

  Made an appointment for my covid, flu and shingles vaccine today scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Checked in at 5:50 p.m. and took a seat. At 6:15 I asked how much longer it would take and let the person at the window know that I needed to go to the bathroom. When I returned (3 minutes later) I listened while the two people working in the pharmacy complain that no one wanted to work overtime. When I asked again how much longer it would take, I was told that it took them time to get my vaccines ready and that when she was ready, I had left to the bathroom. Mindy (or Mandy) the manager there began to chew me out and told me that I needed to go somewhere else because she didn't feel comfortable giving someone irate their vaccines. I waited 40 minutes, I never raised my voice or made a scene - the only thing I asked these people is how much longer will it be?? This pharmacy sends an email confirmation when you set up an appointment and, in that confirmation, it states that they will charge you a $20 fee if your late or don't show. How about the pharmacy piddling around, upset that they're working late and wasting my time? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Especially from a Manager. You get a NO GO here, especially in light of the fact that these viruses are starting to get out of control again and because you're in a bad mood, you refuse service. Maybe you should rethink your profession and not work in health care. People don't want to work with an immature, unprofessional manager who has no clue what Customer Servic
