  My siblings and a friend went to the Albertsons pharmacy in Los Lunas to get their flu shots, and the experience was very disappointing. While they were standing in line, simply talking and laughing together, an employee named Truly raised her voice at them in front of other customers, telling them to be quiet. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. Even though she was able to administer the flu shots, she refused to help them and made them wait nearly an hour until another employee returned. It was very clear she was doing this out of irritation rather than any real reason related to the job. That is absolutely unacceptable for someone working in a healthcare environment. Fortunately, Jordan was wonderful. She apologized for the situation, was kind, patient, and took great care of them. She handled their flu shots professionally and showed the compassion you expect from a pharmacy employee. This review is not about the store as a whole, but about the behavior of one employee. Truly’s attitude, lack of professionalism, and disrespect toward customers should be addressed. People shouldn’t be treated poorly just because they were laughing together in line. Jordan deserves recognition, but Truly needs training in customer service and basic professionalism.

  Me and my brother and my friend had went to the pharmacy to get are flu shots and we were laughing about a few jokes just talking among ourselves and this lady named truly yelled at us while we were standing in line to be quiet in front of multiple people because we were a ““ laughing too loud and proceeded to make us wait for an entire hour to give us our flu shot until the other lady got back Even though she was capable of doing the shot. She didn’t want to because we were making too much noise so she made us wait and Jordan was absolutely amazing. She’s the one that took care of us with our flu shots. She was very kind very sweet. She gave us a very sincere apology about our weight and she’s amazing but the girl truly is very mean she does not know how to work in healthcare that’s for sure

  The pharmacy staff did ensure that our appointment time was honored. Our wait time was very minimal.

  Great staff. I believe April turned the pharmacy around and the staff are happy, friendly and professional. Thank you April, Mary, Sara, Truly, Jordyn and everybody else. Appreciate your commitment to serve your customers.

  Of my 20+yrs of dealing with epilepsy & pharmacies, I’ve experienced a lot. I had the, take the cake, worst experience with store #919 in Los Lunas, NM. I had to wait 4 days for a critical scrip b/c their system was down. I was hung-up on & invited to move my scrips elsewhere by someone named Duy….
