  I’ve been a loyal patient here for over five years, which makes this experience disappointing. I was charged a $75 cancellation fee despite never receiving a call or notification, based on my own records. When I asked for proof, I was only given the phone number on file—no call log, voicemail, or automated record. I also asked if the fee could be waived and was told I’d receive a call back, which never happened. I only got a response after walking into the office myself. Better communication and transparency are needed, especially when charging fees like this.

  Music 10/10. Numbing shot 10/10. My teeth not rotting out 10/10. Also, the doctor was pretty chill.

  This is such a great dental practice. I have never waited more than five minutes before getting my teeth cleaned and seeing Dr. Meyers. Dr. Meyers has also done so many of my cleanings which is just amazing! Everyone here is so thorough and professional.
