We have seen Dr. Nichols and Dr. Neal and they have been absolutely wonderful! They take time to explain things thoroughly and my babies are very comfortable with them. I highly recommend either of them! I took one star off the rating because on two separate occasions I have called to make appointments and the scheduler has been either rude or has given me an attitude. Both times this attitude from her was unprovoked and very unprofessional. If I could speak with a different, more pleasant scheduler when I call I would immediately give this clinic Five Stars!
