  When we called to find a place, we asked to make an appointment and they said no need. But we waited for an hour while there were some that made appointments. So we should’ve been allowed to make an appointment. That is poor customer service.

  One of the nurses was a nurse-in-training and I found her and the main nurse/attendant to be very kind and helpful

  This location released my private medical information to a hospital that I have never been a patient at & NOBODY from the company is responding. This is a seriously egregious violation of HIPPA and Quest provides no options for recourse and do not seem to care about patient confidentiality.

  The problem I have with Quest is that they have failed in the past to forward the info to the secondary provider and I receive a bill from Quest saying Medicare declined to pay. I have had to call Fed BC/ BS myself to get them involved. This time I had to give a credit card in case my claim is denied. Their billing department does not do a good job!!!!
