  Seriously need to get a better system in play! I shouldn’t have to wait an hour just to pick up some pair of glasses that was ALREADY ready. Smh. I’m done coming to this place. Sucks to say because I’ve been coming here for 10 years now. Just have gone down hill.

  This is my second visit to Eyemart for glasses. I was not disappointed. My first visit was excellent as well as the second visit. Ana was attentive patience and helpful! I saw Ana again when I went in to get my new glasses.. same great service! Thank you eyemart!!

  Eyemart Express did a great job in helping us with our eyewear needs. The only thing I think needs to be done is to have your customer service team smile. Of the five that were on duty while we were there, none of them smiled. They were cordial, but did not seem too excited to be there. I still would go back, though.

  5 years ago iIn summer of 2021 I went to this Eyemart. The Dr there telling me I showed signs of macular degeneration(a serious condition if you don't know). Since then I have seen 3 different ophthalmologists none of whom found any signs of macular degeneration. I specifically asked one of the 3 mentioned doctors to confirm if yeh/nah I showed any signs of macular degeneration. He said I didn't

  I didn’t care for how long I had to wait before I was helped. I was disappointed that no employee greeted me or directed me to sign in when I arrived. However once I was helped my experience was satisfactory. Aliyah was very professional, courteous & patient with me. We ran into a snag with my eye doctors office resisting sending my script but after that it went smoothly & I got my glasses the next day. Aliyah was great. I love the new glasses. I recommend for las cruceans
